Onsite Call Out Support Per Hour
– Further than 25km from Bloemfontein normal travel rates will apply.
– Please note that someone should be available to a) allow access to the premises and b) sign the technician’s Jobcard.
– The minimum billing increment is 30mins, billed from the first minute.
Remote Support Per Hour
– The minimum billing increment is 15 mins, billed from the 15th minute.
